Well pretty terrible job checking in so far but proud to say it's been 31 days locked for me! Down 15 pounds and loving how pent up I am. So long term chastity pals, how do you stay motivated to not cum? What's the best distractions from that stupid urge?

Day 1/forever. Already see I need a smaller cage. On the diet front I've cut out all soda after a lifetime of 3-5 cokes a day (ik horrible) 1200 cals a day. On the way to 160lbs! Happy, and looking forward to the journey. But damn these sugar cravings.
