Grading is easy when students include the numbers from their autogenerated Google AI answers. I've had students rework AI answers so I can't tell if they cheated. This was not one for those.

Striving for a more plant based curriculum in my environmental science class. Plants are underappreciated and I want to showcase them whenever possible. Does anyone else try to showcase our photosynthetic friends? #edusky

Finished Wizard of Earthsea. I love classical style fantasy and this reminds me of a diverse Tolkien which is awesome. I'm discovering that there is a great deal of classical diverse fantasy lit that I never learned about when i was younger. 💙📚

Alright, finished! So glad dog DIDN'T DIE. Many others did, though. Still incredulous how well it matches real animal behavior. Really don't think it does. Good metaphor for how one's environment molds them and how most people use rather than befriend animals. Wonderful writing. Slight racism. 💙📚

almost to the end of this book, i love Jack London's writing, how close do his dog-wolfy characters match real life. I keep imagining what the actual dogs and wolves would do in these situations. Especially the whole, male dogs never attack females and how females can't remember their cubs. 💙📚

My science periods made two tanks from local materials. Both have snails and fish, o e has plants. Both will be inherited by the next semester because we inheret the the world of our forebears. They will have to create and maintain a self sustaining environment like the last class.
