Here in rural Quebec, most of my neighbours have all-electric homes. Chez moi, both of our cars are electric. We do rely on Hydro-Québec for our electricity. This is one place where all electricity is renewable (some wind), but solar is not yet competitive (too much snow, not enough sun).
