I think I made this almost a decade ago.

So a while ago I was taking notable album covers (and logos) and incorporating pizza in to them (because everyone likes pizza and music). It was a fun design exercise when I had more time to do stuff like that. Here’s one:

So it turns out if you spatchcock it the time is reduced pretty significantly. Around 2.5 hours for a petite turkey.
