Something whimsical I added to our stairs. The guards are from a knights and dragons set of fish tank ornaments, and the door is a drink coaster. I have half a dozen different little doors set up at the base of trees in our yard.

I also touched up and varnished a recent venom troll and a homebrewed red dracolich's drake. Long story short Sarmondelaryx is loose in Thelanis in the form of a red Dracolich. And it's all my players' fault. It's a long story...but that's the randomness of the game.

This is the aftermath of last night's miracle during the climactic battle. Four level six PCs, their party drake, blink dog, and both dire wolf spirits against evil. The Black Crown Bandit Company led by Breggan herself, a Glabrezu Demonglass champion and the Nightwalker they summoned.

A custom miniature I made for our Eberron campaign. A major boss for one of the Demon Overlords. I'm using the Night walker stat block for it so far, and it's been great. And by great I mean terrifying for my players.
