Like, there has been a big push for gun control because of all the shootings, but nothing much has really come of it. Meanwhile, conservatives have been able to have a ton of systemic victories like Dobbs and do not get punished for it, even if they are unpopular.

Social media has done some good too, don’t get me wrong. Movements for change do happen, but they have also failed to garner the major legislative and judicial victories for systemic change that pre-internet movements have.
