The brain & mind can’t be separated, but we often focus on lifestyle strategies OR therapies, with or without medications.

If more people understand the impact of each on the other, we would reduce anxiety & burnout due to chronic stress; alongside other health outcomes, like weight gain & high BP.

Like many, I am new to this platform and looking to escape the toxicity of a previous one I used. Interested in all things brain related and health in general. I discuss my own mental health & the very real challenges many of us face.
