I reached some milestones recently.
- I hit 4,000 mtn bike biking miles last Saturday.
- fortunate to have snow biked Sunday during a recent storm
- Tuesday Ice skate in the morning, then drove to a ski mtn and snowboarded…. winter hiked 3 mi
- Wednesday I had a total knee replacement ,yikes LFG!
