Hope you’re okay and resting

Asking you to pay attention to an issue that men are having is not saying they are a victim. If most opioid overdose deaths are men — which they are — is that meaning they are victims if we ask society to pay attention to it?

Exactly. He does. And people don’t listen. They hear a sound bite or read the blurb and retreat to what they’re upset about instead of engaging in solution focused talk that benefits both men and women. 🤦‍♂️

Most men are emotionally underdeveloped and they do search for a woman to remedy that. They shouldn’t and it shouldn’t be the woman’s responsibility either (hence the growing population of women opting out of relationships). What we need is to teach men emotional self reliance.

I love how every comment under your post is emotionally hijacking it to bring it back to some other issue. We are incapable it seems at discussing problems of both men and women in unison. It’s like the refusal to do anything about the problem seems to perpetuate the problem. Who knew?
