Tried my first “run” in years and certainly since knee surgery. Made it 1.66 miles before walking - which was my only time. Not too shabby and knee feels good. I didn’t love it, but I survived.

Why yes, that is my left ass cheek sitting on my heel - I haven’t been able to do this in 15 years!!

My last plank at 3 minutes was on my hands so I wanted to see if elbow planks were harder. Made it to 3:30 before collapsing! Probably could have gone longer if my arms weren’t slipping on the mat. 🫠
