Sorry we couldn’t make it. We over prepared by going drinking all day and ran out of steam at half six. I expect it’s what he would have wanted (although possibly disappointed in us)

We have a consultant coordinating, with the Regs input when needed (we used to have a compulsory teaching session located to each of us, but that fell by the wayside )

An hour is enough except for SIM
Combination of external and internal teachers leading, and I doubt anyone’s ED rota means they are there for both sessions but they could do EDT if that happens

By allocating protected time during shifts for it, with no ‘too busy’ exceptions, and running it twice a week to account for the miserable shift patterns…

You’re going to have to write them all in slips of paper and pull ten out of a hat. It seems as good a system as any, and if you declare it upfront then you shouldn’t get the ‘why no … included?’ Comments
