Cardiac arrest survivorship remains a critical area of healthcare that demands continuous attention, particularly in the post-cardiac arrest rehabilitation period.1 Hence, we present a unique survey initiative supported by the Italian Resuscitation Council (IRC) Foundation (www.fondazioneirc.org), which sought to measure the “level” of healthcare professionals' perception regarding the state of post-cardiac arrest survivors’ management after hospital discharge in Italy. This survey, the first of its kind in the country, gathered valuable insights into current practices, challenges, and opportunities for improving the care of cardiac arrest survivors.
