I stared the tech down when he told me to do it. I have almost 100 smart devices here (the Nighthawk router keeps count). But I couldn’t take work calls when the flapping was like once an hour so I set out on the endeavor. If it helps, it turned out to be a Hue that sometimes didn’t turn off.

I recently solved this issue for myself. It turned out to be a bad Hue bulb connection messing up my router. My tech told me to disconnect once device each day (then reconnect it) until the error resolved and I found it after a few weeks.
