I think we should demand @schumer.senate.gov and @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social grow a set and block this in any way possible. MAGA has fired hundreds of thousands of federal employees, cut US AID, held school funding and FEMA relief hostage, cut Healthcare funding. Why should rich farmers get help?

We only bail out farmers that have income below $5M. No Ag corporation gets bailed out. F em.

And let’s be clear, the VAST MAJORITY of farming activities in this country are BIG AG corporations. We’re not bailing out family farms. We’re bailing out megafarmers who are raising crops to export for higher average per bushel prices. They won’t get those prices this year bc of cheeto’s tariff bs.
