Blue parts are what would correspond to a bird's wing, and are the same "bone formation" for the human arm.
Red correspond for where the hand parts starts (as for the little finger it's similar to what bats have).

Ok so because I have trouble explaining it here is a little representation of how Loubeug's wings are set (using my Mincraft model cuz lol).
