Such a brilliant event, and loved talking to so many inspiring people!

Looking at some of the examples of Beds and Herts LMCs data dashboard, after the session hearing about how they're gathering publicly available figures to explain the pressures on #generalpractice.

Yesterday was a productive day of external and internal meetings starting with Monday am SMT weekly planning. NHS appraisal with my wonderful GP appraiser. I really valued the opportunity to reflect on my clinical practice and my development moving forward.
