His sister gave half her liver, they both spent time in the ICU, and we are putting that at risk for.... not sure why?

Although I was told "prior auth helps to ensure patient safety" a couple weeks ago, so that makes me feel better.

Kids are not directly covered by expansion, true.

But when adults are enrolled in Medicaid, we see that their children are also 29% more likely to receive preventive care.
