I am a urogynecologist and I do research to understand diseases that exclusively affect women. Apparently it is now banned to do research that benefits women. Leaked from the National Science Foundation, grants proposing research using the following words are no longer acceptable:

As scientists, we believe evidence supports hypotheses, which should be revised and reevaluated as new evidence emerges. Our literature reflects that openness to new data. But it’s hard to fight the absolute certainty without evidence coming from our new HHS with language like, “the data suggests…”
