Watched Frankenstein tonight… have so many critiques.
I felt GDT attempted to weave his own poetic chaos within the plot. Which I enjoyed. But, the power of the creature’s story, specifically alienation, physical deformity, and the human ambition to self destruction felt shallow.

As a sociologist, this is a very interesting time.
I observed it as the George Floyd incident (respectfully) all over again; but with a different ethnicity. And instead of coming together, things are becoming more polarized this time. Same administration too.
