My college requires us to attest our time each week and post door schedules showing where we are for all contracted hours. So I’m not so much into working weekends anymore - funny how that works.

I’m not sure about this even if I like it on the surface. But for sure the gap is untenable when starting faculty pay is 60 grand & a President makes over 600 grand.
