It is important to assess various components of well-being, especially among youth. Well-being is multi-faceted and dynamic, and focusing on single aspects (e.g. happiness) instead of its full multidimensionality is just a missed opportunity. Embrace the complexity of well-being❤️

2️⃣ young adults were least positive about dealing with stress and reported the highest degree of desired change for this domain
3️⃣ higher positivity ratings in all five domains of current well-being were negatively associated with burnout symptoms.

What we found?
1️⃣ preliminary evidence for distinct neural activation in the precuneus for items addressing “positive family relations” and in the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex for items addressing “dealing with stress,” relative to the other domains (having impact; feeling loved; self-confidence)
