I've been renovating a room in our #OldHouse. Gypsum off, lime on, limewashing this weekend. But I've also been upcycling old furniture.

Today started at 0345, for a workshop on women's health hosted by the Australians.
Cats provided much hilarity by pouncing each other and play fighting just at the point I was speaking.
Now onto the surgery for my NHS time. Fuelled by coffee today!

A morning of consultation skills and now talking about high altitude medicine. Its cold, windy, dry (even with snow), there's less oxygen and electrical storms.
