Today’s Sunday self care is being grateful! Took a little tumble down the stairs but so thankful that the only injury was a sprain. PSA: handrails are meant to be used!

This weekend’s self-care activity is ballroom dancing! My husband and I have been dancing for a few years. Inexpensive, fun and a great way to reduce stress.

Alzeimers is so hard but I am truly thankful that Mom is well cared for and close by. I took her out to enjoy the beautiful weather. She was happy and recognized me today 😎

My goal is to get out of my comfort zone. Fear definitely holds me back. I love dancing and have wanted to try Zumba for a very long time. Happy to say that I did it!!!!
