Adopted beliefs can be abandoned. Challenging one’s own beliefs to determine relevancy and necessity is healthy. It’s like pruning your belief system to make room for greater growth.

DEI is simply being intentional about ensuring fair access to opportunities for all, including for those who may look, think or behave differently than oneself. DEI doesn’t take away opportunities but just the contrary. In effect it ensures meritocracy and competing on a level playing field.

I think I may enjoy this platform once I get the hang of it…
