Julio was the referee liaison at LA Galaxy from 1996 through to last year's MLS Cup.
He will be missed by all who knew him.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery to USMNT GK Tony Meola. His 4 straight shutouts in WC qualifying led to Italia ‘90, This stat is often overlooked amongst the excitement of the goal scored in T&T. Get well and stay well Tony!
