It’s certainly a big moment for many families of children with the label of SEND. Reform have been clear about their intention to further slash SEND funding. They seem proud to be bringing yet more misery to some of our most marginalised citizens - disabled children

A colleague is investigating how autistic adults experience communication during CBT for her PhD research.

We would really like to hear from you if you are an autistic adult who is receiving CBT or has received CBT in the last six months. We would like your views on how autistic adults’ experience communication during CBT. We know that many autistic people access CBT.  We also know that autistic people can struggle with communication, especially during challenging times, such as a mental health setback. We would like to know how communication was for you during your experience of CBT. We hope our research will help healthcare professionals support communication with autistic people more effectively.If you choose to take part, I will talk to you about how you found communication in CBT. The questions will be emailed to you in advance, and you do not need to answer any questions that you do not feel comfortable with. The interview can be an online meeting, in person, or by email (whatever is your preference).  The interview should take no longer than 90 minutes.
