A4 #LTHEChat I'd be very interested in a third space contract that all HE staff are on regardless of the role. Pay scales would be based on job descriptions and responsibilities but everyone would have the same T&Cs regardless of roles. My slowposium submission looks at this and the value of work

A3 #LTHEChat I'm not sure it does, and I know integrated practitioner is another term used. I also think there is a difference in being a third space practitioner and working within and across the third space, but I'm yet to be able to articulate this correctly

A2 #LTHEChat traditional roles such as academic development and research management but also most people who work in PS and academia work together in various ways on projects, or development so I think most roles have elements of their space working
