Agreed completely, but there's still work to be done in heathcare - leadership positions, different medical specialisms, nursing etc.

Depends very much on the country.... Japan has ~20% female doctors for example... No country has less than 25% male doctors... But *many* countries have fewer than 25% female doctors.

Fully expecting a chicken lockdown in the UK very soon (east of England is already)... They're not happy about it....
