I hoped we would learn the lesson of ignoring pre-print, ie non-peer-reviewed papers in 2020, but I guess not.
To be clear, that doesn’t mean anything about this paper other than we should wait for it to go through peer-review before assessing it.

There is an entire generation of physicians, myself included, who trained in an age of widespread vaccinations. We’ve never seen vaccine preventable illness and are likely to miss the first several presentations.
