It’s the best move they could make. Everyone who didn’t vote for Trump wants to know what the heck they are doing right now. It feels like a whole lot of nothing and having Pete keep us informed is a great idea and might save us from disgusted apathy.

As a physician, I could try to explain how it is not black and white as you would like to believe. But I am not wasting anymore time explaining these concepts.

Just because genetically the baby is one biological sex, does not mean that child will identify that way. There are so many variations of hormones (which is often why their genitalia is ambiguous in the first place). Let them decide when they are ready.

Given they only recently stopped surgically forcing babies with ambiguous genitalia to mold to fit whatever gender they deemed best for them, this is not surprising.
