I’m in the kitchen, and notice I’ve left garden gate open, which SLAMS in the wind

So I’ve been asked to briefly hold the baby, which has significantly impacted on my typing, so I’ve opted to try dictation again - it’s not great, particularly when it catches you sing/talking to the baby 🤣🤣

COPD inhalers are the worst of all of our medications. Which is why there are so many varieties, as nothing is GREAT
Unlike ACEi for example, where your option is ramipril… unless you are going off piste with lisinopril.

Has he been subcontracted by elves to make Christmas toys and been a bit clumsy with his fingers, or has he got a Festive #Endocarditis brewing??
