This SCOTUS channeled Dred Scott, Plessy & Korematsu, & in a shadow docket ruling said racial profiling for the purposes of deportation is fine: www.thenation.com/article/soci... + slate.com/news-and-pol... + www.scotusblog.com/2025/09/supr... Being Latino + speaking Spanish in public is enough. 🤯
