2oz Madre Tequila
1oz lime
1/2oz Acho Reyes Verde
1/2oz pineapple syrup
Pinch of blue spirulina
Tajin rim

It has reposado tequila, spiced pear liqueur, lime, bitters, and a cinnamon sugar rim

Those are all very creative names thank you!

I particularly like Sotol Sol for the alliteration

If you know Tequila then you know reposado means rested 💡

This cocktail is very forgiving and you don’t need to be accurate with your measurements, but these are roughly the ratios that I like

2oz additive free tequila
6oz Mexican cola (real sugar)
1/2 lime
Salt to rim the glass

This cocktail must be stirred with the same knife you used for the limes

I practice moderation all year long, but this month especially I really like low ABV cocktails

Amaro and soda is probably one of my favorites
