And here’s what the coffee looks like AFTER it’s roasted.

FUN FACT: It looks pretty dark, but it’s actually considered a light roast.

Because of the coffee’s processing method, it looks much darker after roasting.

This is what it looks like before it’s roasted.

It underwent an Anaerobic Natural process, often referred to as a “wine process” for the wine-esque aromas it can produce.

The cherries put into an airtight container to ferment for 25 DAYS.
