The rest of my issues are tangential, like how my coworkers wouldn't clean or wash their hands when we had massive down periods. Which leads to THIS.
Multiple dry burger patties laying on a dirty holding tray that hasn't been cleaned in hours. A disgustingly dirty grill that hasn't been cleaned since opening, the carbon built up so much that the scraper couldn't even get rid of some of it off. It completely dried up.
