I think you missed the point of my original reply, it's okay I'll try and help you understand: The killer queue is always a lot more lengthy than survivors, because many more people want to play killer instead of survivor. If you gave killers a bp incentive, than the pool would only get worse.

Stronger BP incentives with no cap, either no cap or raise it to 10 mil.

Everyone is trying to play killer, that's why the incentive is on Survivor. Giving the incentive to killer would drastically lengthen the wait time for killer.
