Invincible.

Glad for the release schedule being fixed. Some of the animation has been tightened up, though some areas are still a bit ho-hum.

But as a show for someone well versed in comics (from a variety of publishers). Invincible hits the mark.

Allen is my boy.

After City of Angels, American Gods was next.

First season, great loved it. Fantastic performance from Gillian Anderson in particular.

S2 was ok but with some star cast missing the show suffered especially in the middle.

S3... Wow I have not been as disappointed in a finale since Game of Thrones.

So moved onto Penny Dreadful: City of Angels

Damn, for one I don't know if it should have had the "Penny Dreadful" part in the title. For me this was almost an entirely different genre of show.

Powerful (and depressing) subject matter but I'm not sure the show hit the mark in its execution.

On to a Penny Dreadful rewatch. Damn the writing in that first season is stellar

Rewatching The Expanse and up to Season 5...
That season is totally hitting different this time around.
So very applicable to right now.

Wait wait wait, will this mean he's "grounded" as well? I can't see the head of NASA going on missions and I had the impression Jared definitely had aspirations of doing more flights..
