How does one appropriately treat nose bleeding („epistaxis“)?
1. Tilt your head forward (not backwards!)
2. Put an ice-pack on the back of your neck
3. Use vasoconstricting nasal spray
4. Pinch your nose together, and don’t let go!
5. Check your blood pressure
