2024 was an emotional & physical 🎢. In Jan, I became EIC @ppmgmtjournal.bsky.social & a Dept Chair. In Aug, I was promoted to Full. I published 3 papers, attended 6 confs & collected new data. I also dealt w/a nagging injury. Goals for 2025 is surgery (Jan/Feb) & cont health for my family & friends.
