This year, I have grown my lab and found my groove in terms of mentoring. I’m so proud of what I (and we) have accomplished so far and will continue to do.

I am excited to share that I’m looking to recruit a PhD student to join my Stress and Health Equity lab in Fall 2026. We are located in the HDFS department at the beautiful University of Delaware.

My favorite thing is to see a dog unexpectedly. Even better when it’s a giant dog. Anyone else still call these dogs “Beethoven”? I texted my partner after seeing this beauty and said “I saw a Beethoven!!!”
