Telehealth does facilitate this window into the context of my patient: the in-car seclusion from family, the cigarettes protruding from mouths, the children screaming/running in the background.
All valuable info, usually hidden from me in the clinic.

Not the same as F2F. Different.

Much of what I do isn't "what's the diagnosis?" but "how can I help?".

I'm pleased the headline didn't mention "fentanyl". I hear that merely reading the word can provoke an overdose. Especially if you are a police officer.

I do when appropriate. The vast majority of neck lumps are not health threatening.
To investigate all would overwhelm our health system.
These lumps shouldn't be ignored either.
See your GP for an assessment.
