FFS could the #ABCnewsAustralia please stop referring to drylands Australia in these derogatory ways. Kati Thanda-Lake Eyre is a fine piece of geography, wet or dry. Not a wasteland. Geez. Pejorative much?

2023 for me: regional desktop study of the upper Darling River & its 2022 floods. I've been having fun with some speccy DEMs, like this avulsion of main Darling channel from its prior stream.

This time last year I was hyped and ready to take my #Stardew fit to #PAXAus.

This year I'm excited to be joining the Enforcer team for @PAXAus . I have no idea what lies before me, but I've got hair bobbles and I'm not afraid to use them

Hi! I'm new here. I'm a fan of drylands rivers, Australian geomorphology, and science generally.
Here's a nice creek bank with a mighty coolibah, location Cooper Ck in the Strzelecki Desert, Australia. Root exposure is from the river's natural channel migration.
