For 22-27th February 2026, AGU Ocean Science Meeting will be coming to Glasgow. It'll be at the SECC right on the banks of the river Clyde. So the burning question is "what will the tide be?" #OSM26 🧵 1/4

Yes - saltwater intrusion is a concern for sure, and can potentially seep into drinking water for instance, and also a concern for building foundations - (e.g. the condo collapse from several years ago)
