I have absolutely no idea how this surgeon caused carotid artery injuries in TWO patients. There isn’t a nav system in the world that can save you if you don’t know essential anatomy.

These surgeries are performed endoscopically, so that a clear, magnified image of the patient’s anatomy is displayed on a screen. The navigation equipment, if you’re using it, is off to the side. In no situation is AI interfering with the clear, live images from the endoscope.
