Immunization best by far. But isn't #1 a part-truth? My training for humanitarian crises was that, without a stable cold chain, Vitamin A is helpful adjunct if there's a high prevalence of malnutrition. Not the case in TX.

This phenomenon also happened with the doctors and staff within the presidential unit at Walter Reed during the first Trump admin. Early on, minor stuff like gundecking weights. Later, major lapses like letting the COVID-infected patient go for a ride around base.

This is true. But doesn't absolve govt and business from responsibility for those outcomes. Govt & biz have outsize role in an individual's built environment, access to clean air & water, suspectibility to manipulation to purchase unhealthy substances, health education and access to healthy food.

Why did this pt get a biopsy? Seems typical to me, except maybe a low C4. Maybe you held back on the Cr or some other atypical clinical features.
