I can’t read this verse without thinking of “Benjamin Calypso” from “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.” If you can enjoy a lighthearted musical theatre take, it’s good. If you need a true sense of Judah’s plea before Joseph, not so much. #todaysverse #discoverYourAmazing

This verse hit me this morning. The absolute ruler of Egypt—whose word is law—knows that he needs an advisor who has wisdom that can only come from intimate knowledge of and connection to God. He does not simply need someone who will tell him what he wants to hear. #todaysverse #discoverYourAmazing

There is nothing in existence that is not undergirded by divine purpose and creativity. That doesn’t mean everything in its current form is ordained by God. Many things have been marred by the world’s brokenness. It means that we share an origin story and there is only one Creator. #todaysverse
