I'm old enough to remember when they said the recent judgement involved here wouldn't at all lead to active discrimination. Now independent operators will be ordered to tell trans folk where they can and can't go.

1) This is not a new idea and has long been an unhelpful, unfounded and needlessly negative trope in discussions around AI and religion.
2) The idea goes straight into the 'bad theology' example folder let alone the bad science one as well.

But Scripture says your citizenship is not of this world. Why would you fly their flags as people who are claiming to be not of the world?

And frankly the lesson we should take from a Trump lead America that is also slashing aid is *not* that we should too or that it is ok to. Quite the opposite actually.

Umm, no. Quite the opposite. It was withdrawn *without* public or broader political consent by the previous Tory government. It rightly caused a stink. It still does.
This member of the 'public' was expecting you to live up to the aim of reinstating it but it is hard to tell this Gov from the last.
