There have been several Colleges in the news lately wildly pointing 'over there', at the federal government's decision reducing student visas as reason for their financial woes, in hopes no one looks under the hood to see the administrative bloat that siphoned money away from programs and faculty.

Doug Ford must snicker as Ontario Colleges blame federal govt decision-making for issues like this. But Colleges embraced the cash cow of International Student fees to paper-over years of chronic underfunding by the provincial govt - the lowest in Canada. (higheredstrategy.com/more-eating-...)
