I’ve decided that if I haven’t gotten at least 7 hours of sleep then I’m not allowed to workout until I do. I’m going to see if this improves the amount of time I am sleeping each night.

If there is one things that I could live without for the rest of my life it is self-serve buffet. Too many people lack basic food hygiene skills.

We are still in the southern hemisphere for about another month and last night there was a lunar eclipse in this part of the world. I didn’t take a picture of the eclipse but I did take a picture of the moon the following morning before the sun rose. #BlackSkyTravel
