Dr KateRowley introduced the newly-developed BSL Comprehension Test. Huge interest in the room for this valuable assessment which will be available soon - performance on the BSL Comprehension test strongly associated with Reading Comprehension ability in deaf children! @dcal-ucl.bsky.social

I gave an overview of the @ladderlab.bsky.social Preschool Language & Literacy study - a 3 year longitudinal study following 122 deaf and 113 hearing children from preschool to the end of year 2. This is a 4-wave multiwave study ending in 2026 - @rosherman.bsky.social @dcal-ucl.bsky.social
